Why we ask

Wayamba IT Campus uses application information to review your chosen course, contact you about your application, and coordinate admission. Applications are stored in the Campus system, not Google Forms.

Future-course contact is optional

We contact you about other courses only when you select the optional marketing checkbox. You may request withdrawal through the Campus staff member who contacts you. Staff can record withdrawal in the system. Leaving this unchecked does not prevent an application.

School students and minors

School applications and applications from under-18s require guardian information and confirmation. Staff should contact the guardian and verify the relationship before admission. Marketing contact for these applications should use guardian details.

Who can access it

Authorised Campus administrators and the marketing staff assigned to your application can review it. Referrers cannot browse your application or academic records. An approved referral code records who introduced you.

Corrections and questions

Request corrections, a copy, withdrawal or deletion through the Campus staff handling your application. Retention and deletion requests are handled by Head Office; this release does not automatically delete records or backups. Do not include national identity numbers, bank details, passwords or medical information in this form.

Referrer registrations

Head Office uses referrer details to review registration and administer approved referral codes. Approval does not itself establish a commission or employment agreement.
